Your safety is our top priority, which is why we use products that are effective at cleaning as well as disinfecting. Our most-used product kills 99.99% of germs, and has been proven effective against COVID-19.

Additionally, our cleaners wear shoe covers where possible and have masks on hand that can be worn upon request. 

We will also never send a cleaner to your house who is exhibiting signs of any illness.

Your happiness is important to us. If you see any area that you’d like us to go over again, simply let us know within 24 hours and we’ll be back to fix it within 48 hours at no charge to you.

The safety of your pets and children is important to us. That’s why all of our products are child and pet safe.

However, if you have a favorite product that you’d prefer we use while we’re cleaning, we would be happy to use it!

We bring all of our own supplies, unless you would prefer that we use ones that you supply instead.

If you have particular sensitivities, like allergies, we would be happy to use your vacuum instead of ours.

All of our cleaning supplies are eco-friendly and pet/child safe.

Booking a clean couldn’t be easier!

Here’s our process:

  1. Get your quote in 60 seconds with our easy online booking.
  2. We will get in contact with you to discuss time for a walkthrough of your property. This allows us to learn about your property’s specific needs and any problem areas you’d like to point out to us.
  3. You accept the quote, and we decide on a date and time to complete your cleaning.
  4. We complete your clean, ensuring it is sparkling from top to bottom by using our 30+ point checklist.
  5. We complete a walkthrough together to ensure that everything is to your standard.
  6. We collect payment and look forward to working with you again soon!
What is your reschedule/cancellation policy?2024-06-13T18:01:34+00:00

A twenty-four (24) hour notice is needed if the client needs to cancel a planned cleaning service for any reason. Both a phone call and a written/email confirmation are required for notice. In the event that the Client repeatedly fails to provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, the Client will be responsible for paying 25% of the cleaning price.

Without our prior approval, canceling more than 3 scheduled cleanings in a row or more than 5 scheduled cleanings overall will be regarded as a significant break.

The Client will be contacted by phone and given written confirmation if we need to cancel a cleaning appointment with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. One (1) cleaning will be provided to the client for free for each occurrence if we fail to provide twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.

Our residential cleans (routine/standard, deep, and move-in/out) are priced by the type of clean, as well as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces.

We charge by the room, as opposed to by the hour – eliminating vague or inconsistent pricing.

Commercial cleans are priced by the square foot.

We know just how important safety and trust are when it comes to your property, which is why we rigorously vet all of our cleaners. All of our employees undergo identity/background checks, and in-person interviews.

While we may have same-day or same-week availability, we recommend scheduling at least one week in advance of your cleaning if possible.

Payment for residential cleans (recurring, move in/out, and deep cleans) will be due the day of service, after the clean is complete. 

We accept all major credit cards, as well as wire transfers.

All quotes are no-obligation. All online quotes are subject to change pending a walk-through of the site, where the most accurate quote can be given. However, your clean will not start without your approval of the final price.

We respect your property and want to do everything we can to maintain its tidiness. Where it is safe and practical to do so, our team will wear shoe covers to keep your floors clean.
