A twenty-four (24) hour notice is needed if the client needs to cancel a planned cleaning service for any reason. Both a phone call and a written/email confirmation are required for notice. In the event that the Client repeatedly fails to provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, the Client will be responsible for paying 25% of the cleaning price.
Without our prior approval, canceling more than 3 scheduled cleanings in a row or more than 5 scheduled cleanings overall will be regarded as a significant break.
The Client will be contacted by phone and given written confirmation if we need to cancel a cleaning appointment with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. One (1) cleaning will be provided to the client for free for each occurrence if we fail to provide twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.
